How do I access my online subscription?
Once your purchase is complete, check your email to confirm your account and to set up your login password.

Will I be able to read the digital issue on my reader, smartphone or tablet?
Your primary copy is a downloadable PDF that is readable on any device that can read PDFs (which they nearly all can) including most iPads, Nook readers, Smart phones, etc. However, confirm with your device manufacturer that your model can read a standard PDF (without DRM) if you are unsure. We unfortunately cannot give technical support on the myriad of readers on the market. Please call/write your device's support services if you have difficulties.
Do subscribers ever pitch you ideas for feature stories?
Yes, many of our readers have become contributors. Please contact us through our submissions form and we will follow up with you.
Will you reprint sold out issues?
We appreciate your interest, but due to various reasons we do not reprint any issues that are sold out. Please understand that it isn’t as simple as ‘making a few more copies of existing files’. Only producing a few thousand copies makes a single print run viable.

When will the next issue be printed?
We publish on a bi-monthly schedule (6-x year). New issues are released on the 1st of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
